Privacy Policy

Purpose

Bizcocho Bot is the private order-automation application used by Dominican Cakes by Hanny to help process customer order messages and organize order-related information. This policy explains how Bizcocho Bot handles information, including Google user data.

Google Sheets access

When an authorized account holder connects Google Sheets, the application accesses only the Google Sheets data permitted through that account’s OAuth authorization. It uses that access to read and update order-related spreadsheet information needed by the automation.

Google Sheets data is not sold. It is not used for advertising. It is not made available to the public through this application.

Information processed

The automation may process customer messages and order details, such as contact information, requested products, quantities, dates, notes, and order status, when those details are supplied in the messages or sheets used for orders.

Service providers and sharing

To operate the order workflow, information may be processed through Google Sheets, Telegram, OpenAI, and OpenRouter, depending on the workflow step. These services process information only as needed to provide their respective services and according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Dominican Cakes by Hanny does not sell Google user data or customer order information.

Storage and security

Order-related information is stored in the systems selected by Dominican Cakes by Hanny, including Google Sheets and the private automation environment. Access is limited to authorized business users and service providers needed to operate the workflow. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and contact
